We give priority to "exploratory research that discovers new biological phenomena at the molecular level" and link small discoveries to large vital functions. Our research goal is an understanding of the disease state and the development of treatment. However, in addition to cardiovascular diseases, we are currently developing therapeutic agents for many intractable diseases such as metabolic diseases, neurological diseases, infectious diseases and cancer. Students and researchers who want to be involved in cutting-edge drug development are gathered.
